Personal Responsibility Essay
Personal Responsibility is far more than just taking good care of oneself. It can be that get deep, have got to do it and go for it type of care. " It begins with self-awareness-the ability to see aspects of every individual's personality, behavior, emotions, motivations, and thought process; imagination-the ability to produce in the minds of anybody beyond their present reality, conscience- a deep interior awareness of proper and incorrect, of the principles that govern behavior, and a sense of their education to which our thoughts and actions will be in harmony with these people and then there is certainly an independent will- the ability to work based on self-awareness, free of all the other influences (Covey, 2004)вЂќ. Everyone owes that to themselves to chase their dreams and get them to come true. The first step is to be proactive and not reactive. " Aggressive means much more than merely choosing initiative. This means as humans we are accountable with our personal lives (Covey, 2004)вЂќ. The between aggressive and reactive people is that proactive people are those that have a great A-type personality, the ones that don't blame the situations around them and they are value based influenced. Each individual need to be that type of person and a place where to start with is with them because they are honest and true. Acknowledge that almost everything is not really perfect; encounter their anxieties instead of operating the different way and keep in mind that launched all stated and performed, they did it. Everyone must get up and take advantage of all of the sources offered from the heavens down to the floor and employ it. In case you trip as you go along, get up, dust yourself off and keep heading.
