Energy can be found in several forms which include chemical energy, electrical energy, cold weather energy, radiant energy, mechanical energy and nuclear strength. We work with energy all the time including while we are sleeping. We all use strength for each of our muscle activity, new cells and blood flow. (Wright, 2007) We get strength from the food that we eat. Metabolism is actually a chemical activity which uses cellular breathing. (Wright, 2007) Aerobic breathing is respiration with oxygen present. (Wright, 2007) The formula for cellular breathing is beneath: Glucose +oxygen = Strength, carbon dioxide and water. Carbon dioxide and water are the waste products from creating energy. Respiration can happen without oxygen. This process is called anaerobic respiration.
