PART 1: INTRO

The business head we have picked is basically accountable for most of the CSR (corporate cultural responsibility) actions of the organization that he belongs to. The business belongs to the oil, petroleum and gas sector -- the that is largely associated with wrecking our environment and our contemporary society. As a result, sociable responsibility is a very crucial section of the company's characteristics. In order to business lead different programs in this sector, a leader should be responsible, capable to take quick but determined decisions, happy to take up challenges and mostly, willing to work for those. All of this will demand a leader that has good connection skills because his eyesight has to end up being the team's vision as well to ensure such assignments to function. One of the constraints of this statement is that it does not contain the identity of the innovator, the name of the business and his placement in the firm. He provides disallowed all of us to refer to in the statement.

Analysis of the chosen business leader in terms of the different leadership models have been done in a few steps by classifying him under the different models and theories which has been elaborated beneath.

1) THE PATH-GOAL THEORY

The leader we certainly have chosen essentially believes that you have three main ways to as being a good head and carrying out his duties properly:    Having a eye-sight Developing a strategy Inspiring those to do what they have to do

To get above at heart we can bring about his leadership style for this theory. A good leader must initially have a definite vision of what the target is and how it must be gained. When it comes to business social responsibility, the path might seem difficult but once the goal is gained the feeling much more than rewarding and it is a great emotion this individual prefers to share with his associates. And in order to have the ability to do that he or she must have quite strong connections with all the team members and make up eco friendly group aspect. This this individual does by simply sharing his visions with his team members. That way they feel as if a part of that and will be motivated to put in higher effort in the event that his ideas are properly conveyed. From this we can mainly classify him into supportive and participative leadership styles yet he will fall into the directive category too, yet only a little bit.

a) Supportive leadership:

An innovator should be able to speak his desired goals properly to his team members and once that is certainly done, the rest can be looked after by all of them if they can truly match what they are undertaking. The people whom follow him will feel like it is all their responsibility to get it done well, something that refers to his referent power. He believes they can truly connect to his subordinates on not just the professional level nevertheless also on an emotional level as the folks around him respect him. For a leader respect is essential and it can only be earned in the event that he can demonstrate same amount of respect to those about him. He admits that that the doors to his room are always open, unique a work related or personal. By creating an easy heading and encouraging environment he makes sure his team members never lack in motivation. Not only that, an

important attribute of being a supportive head is the determination to take responsibility for the mistakes the team members makes and taking initiatives to justify these people.
